Casual On-Call Snow Driver / Labourer

We’re looking for a dependable Snow Driver / Labourer to join our team for the winter season.


This is a casual, on-call position. You’ll be contacted when snow events require additional crew members. Work includes both driving equipment and hand shovelling to help keep customer properties safe and accessible.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to snow events when called in
  • Drive snow removal equipment as assigned
  • Hand shovel walkways, entrances, and other areas
  • Clear snow from customer properties efficiently and carefully
  • Take care around buildings, landscaping, vehicles, and other property
  • Work safely in cold and changing winter conditions
  • Maintain a professional and dependable attitude
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Reliable transportation to the work location
  • Ability to work outdoors in cold and snowy conditions
  • Able to respond to on-call shifts during snow events
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Comfortable with physical work, including hand shovelling
