Residential Snow Removal FAQs

  • When does residential snow removal begin?

    Snow removal is activated when snowfall reaches the 1/4-inch service trigger. We then clear your driveway and front walk, including drifting snow covered under your plan. Monthly service runs from November through April.

  • How much does residential snow removal cost?

    Monthly plans start at $210 for a single driveway, $230 for a double driveway, and $250 for a triple or corner property. Back paths and steps start at an additional $40 per month, priority service costs $50 more per month, and salting starts at $25 per application. Prices are before GST.

  • Does my snow removal plan include extra fees?

    Residential snow plans include the $99 annual account fee for recurring residential services. Your plan has flat monthly billing from November through April, with no surprise storm charges. Optional add-ons, such as priority service, back paths and steps, and salting, are charged separately. Prices are before GST.
