Snow Removal
(monthly, November–April)
Sidewalks Only: No driveway? No problem. Starting at $190 per month.
Back Walks: $10 extra per snowfall, including one-time shovelling.
One-Time Shovelling: Same day as the snowfall. Includes driveway, front walk, and sidewalk.

$135 visit minimum: If the services on a visit total less than $135, the visit is billed at $135. Everything booked on the same visit counts toward the minimum. Same-day one-time shovelling is billed at its listed price.
Bundle & Save
Book more than one service for the same visit and save $25 on each additional service. Not available with the Granular Fertilizer Program.

Year-round Customers
Book mowing and snow removal together for first pick of service dates and a 12-month price lock.
Pay Upfront & Save
5% off a 6-month season paid upfront, or 10% off a 12-month plan paid in full.
Annual Account Fee
$99 per account year (May 1 – April 30) for recurring residential services, paid at sign-up to reserve your spot. Non-refundable. If service starts on or after November 1, the fee also covers the following account year.
Overgrowth Surcharges
$50 per service if the lawn is overgrown, confirmed during the property walkthrough.
Extra Load Haul
$100 per additional truck load, only with your approval.
All prices plus GST, except the annual account fee.
